Keep an overview of your business contacts through the Contacts catalog. Make a quick search and view or update contact information.

Enter information for a natural person...

... or for a juridical entity, i.e. a company or other type of association.

Add as many labeled phone numbers, email addresses, site url's or postal addresses as required.

Phone or mail the contact with one click using a program of choice.

From the Configuration menu, add unlimited business-specific properties for persons or companies. This is as easy as giving them a name. They will become available on the contact entities at once. Configuring properties can only be performed by the account administrator.

Added custom properties are instantly available for edit on contact level.

From the Business Relations menu, access the Categories catalog to define suitable categories. A business relation can be linked to multiple categories.

Use the categories to filter the business relations list. They will also serve for role-based grouping of project partners.
